If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the clinic directly by email info@oxfordmedicalclinic.com

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.

 

Cancellations within thee business days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) of the planned treatment: in the event that you are no longer able to attend the treatment on the day for which it has been booked you will forfeit the deposit. You will be offered an alternative date with an additional £50 deposit payable.
